New responsive design provides a faster, easier experience for borrowers.

Round Rock, TX – Trellis Company, a nonprofit with the dual mission of helping student borrowers successfully repay their educational loans and promoting access and success in higher education, announced the launch of the newly redesigned myTrellis borrower portal today.

Originally launched in 2009, the myTrellis portal allows Trellis borrowers to manage their accounts online. Borrowers can set up automatic payments, add or remove payment options, and view documents related to their student loans. Since the portal’s initial launch, Trellis has released the myTrellis Payment App for both iOS and Android mobile devices.

“The redesigned portal provides an elegant, modern, and well-organized user experience,” says Suren Polavaram, IT Manager at Trellis Company. “With ease, borrowers can find the most important sections of the site, like payment options, payment history, and account balance as soon as they log into the portal.” Additionally, the portal’s enhanced security and full scale self-service features will greatly improve borrowers’ customer service experience.
